Doug Wolcott and his wife Nancy became part of the heart of the Foundation, actively campaigning to support our work in the Middle East and finding us life-sustaining resources in difficult times. They even provided us with a home in California, encouraging their own parish church, St. John’s Russ, Marin County, to be our ‘residence’ in the Western United States. So many of the people we are blessed to call friends today are the result of Doug and Nancy’s tireless hard work on our behalf.
Doug was a dynamo, filled with energy and with the Holy Spirit. He was a great friend, a wise counsel, a brilliant mind, and a true ‘good Samaritan’. He leaves his widow, Nancy, and a flourishing, amazing family, as well as a host of people whose lives were forever enriched by their time with Doug.
We send our deepest condolences to Nancy, and to their children and grandchildren.
