Thanks to the tremendous support of the Anglican Province of Hong Kong, the teaching took place at St. John’s Cathedral in Central, Hong Kong.

On 16th and 17th November 2018, The Revd Nadim Nassar and his team taught the very first Ambassadors for Peace programme to take place outside the Near East. Thanks to the tremendous support of the Anglican Province of Hong Kong, the teaching took place at St. John’s Cathedral in Central, Hong Kong.

49 Ambassadors for Peace, aged between 16 and 41, took part. Participants came from across Hong Kong and from as far away as Taiwan, representing the Anglican, Methodist and Roman Catholic denominations. The teaching was led by The Revd Nadim Nassar, with the support of three professors from the University of Hong Kong.
The response was excellent and most encouraging. We shall keep in touch with the new Ambassadors through their churches, and Nadim will return to Hong Kong next year to continue their training.
